Meet Your Neighbors

Joshua and Johanna - Crib Bandits

Joshua and Johanna not only share the same first initial, but they also share the same parents.  Both were choir nerds, band geeks, and raised in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Joshua and his wife, Anna, live in a small town in North Alabama.  They are the parents of an amazing kid, named Logan.  Joshua runs a small real estate company in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, and also works as a project estimator for a local construction company.  He served as a missionary for two years in Rosario, Argentina, and is currently serving as the president of the Young Men’s Organization (ages 12-18) of the Florence, Alabama Ward.  Joshua has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, and secretly wishes he were a famous singer/songrwriter.

Johanna is a stay-at-home mom these days to two adorable children, Evan and Lauren.  In her past she earned a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, was president of the non-existent Grammar Club, and met and fell in love with a handsome fellow named Andrew.  They married in the Birmingham, Alabama, LDS temple and have been working towards eternity together ever since.  She now lives in Laredo, Texas, and is trying to learn Spanish. In addition to this blog, Johanna also keeps her own personal blog which she’s had since 2002 and a blog for the Laredo Morning Times about her adventures in “Northern Mexico.”
